Aircraft Used For Carrier Ops
All the simulators have full instrumentation, including autopilots, CDUs, and full radio navigation capabilities, as well as moving map GPS systems. The Citation also has a fully functioning FMS (flight management computer). This is the real thing! Fun for First-Timers If you’ve never flown a real or simulated airplane before—don’t worry! We’ll have you up and flying in now time. In fact we offer a special $20 introductory flight designed to make your first experience in the simulator the best it can be. After your introductory flight, you can go it alone or work with an instructor to earn your virtual ratings, including: 1. Virtual private pilot rating 2. Virtual instrument rating 3. Virtual multi-engine rating 4. Virtual commercial rating 5. Virtual flight instructor rating 7. Carrier qualification-Virtual Navy Wings
Fly Into a Virtual World When you step into your simulator cockpit, you’ll enter an entire virtual world. You’ll communicate with live air traffic control personnel, file a flight plan, and ask for clearance and taxi instructions. Because the simulators are networked, you’ll see other aircraft flying by as you encounter the other simulators in your group or visiting simmers from other SimPorts USA locations.

Join the Club The best way to experience SimPorts USA is to join the Virtual Flying Club at the Eagle SimPort. A trial membership is free and allows you to schedule introductory flights and Introduction to Flight classes. An active membership costs $140 plus $15 per month, $75 of your membership fee and all $15 per month will be credited back to you for flight time, instruction, or introductory flights. As an active member, you’ll also receive a log book and a 10% discount on selected merchandise, 20% discount on flight time for non member family and friends (an active member can bring friends and family to fly with them!), membership in the pilot lounge, access to schedule all aircraft, access to all club activities.
